As explained in a previous post (Exchange 2013 – Search results limited to 250), there is reported bug in Exchange 2013 that limits the search results to 250.

| Exchange – Outlook connection issues after deleting Public Folder |
After migrating all my mailboxes, etc… to Exchange 2013, I am in process of uninstalling the legacy Exchange 2010 servers. Some minutes after deleting a public folder some users started to report issues with their Outlook clients… (emails stuck on the outbox, no new emails on the inbox…)

By design, Outlook saves sent emails from shared mailboxes on the main account sent items folders. The users often find this behaviour annoying and ask for a solution.

| Exchange 2013 mailbox migration – Outlook cannot connect |
Migrating a mailbox to Exchange 2013 in an mixed environment from Exchange 2010 can cause Outlook to be unable to connect to the mailbox.
This is caused because the autodiscover data is not updated automatically with the new location of the mailbox. CAS 2013 servers are still proxying the request to the 2010 mailbox servers.
